About the AGM
Under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, Business East Tamaki operates under a Constitution that requires holding an Annual General Meeting (AGM). All members of the Business Association are invited to attend and participate in the AGM. Commercial property owners and businesses located within the designated business association boundaries are entitled to membership through payment of a targeted rate collected by Auckland Council and returned in full to the Association. Full voting membership requires registration with Business East Tamaki.
