Special General Meeting 20 June

A Special General Meeting for Business East Tamaki Incorporated will be held electronically on Tuesday 20 June 2023, commencing at 5.00pm. The Zoom meeting link will be emailed to all registrants and available on request.

The purpose of this meeting is for members to vote on a special resolution that the Business East Tamaki Incorporated Rules dated 11 May 2022, be updated to reflect the Business Improvement District (BID) policy (revised July 2022).

• Business East Tamaki Incorporated Draft replacement Rules 2023 (Approved by Auckland Council)

The special resolution proposed to give effect to these changes and on which you will be asked to vote is as follows:

Special Resolution: That the existing Business East Tamaki Inc. Rules be altered as shown in the new Rules presented at the Special General Meeting of Business East Tamaki Inc held on 20 June 2023 (or at any adjournment of that meeting) and that such alterations be affected by replacing the existing Rules with the new Rules tabled at the Special General Meeting and available prior to that meeting on our website.
