Breakfast - Budget 2025 Friday 30th May
Members gathered for a breakfast event at the Pakuranga Rugby Club, where attendees were treated to expert insights on New Zealand’s economic future from two high-profile speakers.
Zoe Wallis delivered a clear and informative overview of the country’s economic outlook, breaking down key highlights from the recent Budget and exploring the broader opportunities and challenges facing New Zealand in today’s shifting global environment. Her expert commentary helped demystify complex economic trends.
We were also honoured to host Minister Simeon Brown, who shared the Government’s perspective on navigating fiscal responsibility while progressing key national priorities. He offered a valuable look into how the Government is responding to economic pressures and planning for long-term stability and growth.
