If you’re ready to combine technical expertise with stakeholder engagement to drive service excellence, this is your opportunity to make an impact across multiple sites and technologies.Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

  • Supporting business operations by efficiently resolving or escalating incidents and service requests in accordance with SLAs, including proactive stakeholder updates, timely escalations, and coordination with internal IT teams and third-party providers.
  • Preventing service disruptions through proactive system monitoring and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Managing the asset lifecycle, including onboarding, configuration, tracking, and fulfilment of IT devices.
  • Contributing to the development of the internal knowledge base, standard service catalogue, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participating in IT service-focused projects and supporting the adoption of new technologies across multiple business units. Occasional travel to sites across New Zealand may be required for major IT deployments.
  • After-hours support on a rotating roster.
