Are you looking for a position which will give you a good grounding in many parts of a small family run business? 

This role will involve:

  • Processing online orders and invoicing sales.
  • Picking, packing and dispatching orders.
  • Receive in, allocate and send out larger deliveries of stock.
  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory in the warehouse.
  • Help with sales prep.
  • Help with phone and email enquiries/sales/orders.
  • Communicate with customers/suppliers/sales team.

Do you have:

  • A positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • High attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
  • Good literacy and numeracy.
  • Basic computing skills.
  • Able to learn quickly and follow instructions.
  • Reliability and are punctual, honest, committed with a proven good attendance record.
  • Reliable transport.
  • Good with manual hands-on tasks, you need to have good coordination and be able to keep up in a fast paced work environment.

You will be taught our order processing system and eventually also how to load and maintain products on our website. Full training will be provided on all aspects of the role.
