The Role:
A unique opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join a rapidly growing company, the ideal candidate will provide hands-on recruitment support to our site Leaders and other recruiting staff.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment coordinator or Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within deadline.
- Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks
- Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
- Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
