About the Role:
You'll be the primary customer-facing representative from the moment a project is signed through to delivery, installation, and aftercare. Acting as the glue between our internal experts and our customers, you'll coordinate technical workstreams, manage commercial interactions, and ensure each project is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role that blends project leadership, customer engagement, risk management, and delivery execution - from planning and commissioning to final acceptance and post-project support.
What you'll do:
Lead customer communications and project delivery from kick-off through to completion
- Translate technical plans into clear, customer-friendly updates
- Proactively manage project scope, timelines, risks, and budgets
- Facilitate internal collaboration across Design, Automation, Assembly, and Procurement
- Oversee installation and commissioning onsite, ensuring smooth handover and customer sign-off
- Promote long-term customer relationships
- Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing learnings from every project
