About the job:
We are looking for an experienced OD/LD professional to partner with our business and our People & Capability Business Partners in the Learning and Development space. This role is based in our East Tamaki office, reporting to the Head of People & Capability.
You will partner closely with business leaders and the P&C team to design and implement programs that align with company values, enhance leadership effectiveness, and ensure the organisation is equipped to achieve its strategic goals.
