About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Technician with significant hands-on experience in the forklift industry, specifically with Combilift and Aisle Master trucks. This is a highly specialized position that requires extensive product knowledge, the ability to work autonomously, and proven capability in managing all aspects of a rental and customer fleet.

In this role, you will

• Schedule and coordinate servicing for rental trucks, with future expansion to client-owned equipment.
• Attend to breakdowns, carry out repairs and workshop maintenance.
• Manage logistical needs for parts procurement, warranty processes, and liaison with service providers nationwide.
• Act as the main point of contact for fleet service queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Oversee pre-deliveries, battery management (charging/discharging), and workshop stock rotation.
• Inspect and report on equipment arrivals, noting and addressing any issues before customer handover.
• Coordinate with the factory for warranty matters and technical support.
