Pink Ribbon Day 22 May
🩷 Support the Cause
We’re proud to support the vital work of the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ. Please remember that every little bit counts—whether it's the price of a coffee or a larger contribution, every dollar brings us closer to our $1,250 goal and supports life-saving research, education, and patient care.
Together, we can make a real difference. Please join us and show your support by donating via our fundraising page today!
Join us for a Pink Ribbon Day lunch where we’re bringing together a panel of experts to share insights on the everyday factors that influence women’s health—including sleep, movement, nutrition, and risk factors.
You’ll leave with practical, realistic strategies you can actually apply.
Meet the Panel
Hear from four experienced professionals:
- Health Improvement Practitioner, Karen Lucas – Why sleep matters more than you think, and how to improve it
- Physiotherapist, Andrea Marchand/Physio – Movement and reducing physical stress on the body
- Nutritionist (name to be updated soon) – Everyday nutrition habits that support long-term health
- Doctor (to be updated soon) – Understanding risk factors and what you can do to minimise them
Interactive Q&A
We’ll wrap up with an open Q&A session—your chance to ask questions and get advice directly from the panel.
