Effectively managing poor performance and the disciplinary process

As the reality of a global pandemic continues to create confusion, chaos and challenges for people around the world, we find ourselves now working through the period of The Great Resignation, where employees have spent the last 2 years reassessing what they want in life based on our new way of living. More than ever, it's important that businesses gain an understanding of what people want and need at work, and how to effectively and safely manage those persons who are not performing or behaving as required.

We are running a workshop programme over a 3-week period which we believe are essential for navigating through and surviving these challenges times. Three workshops in three weeks, or just one or two; the choice is yours.

By attending this workshop, you will gain an understanding of:

  • how documentation supports staff performance
  • what poor performance, misconduct and serious misconduct look like
  • the steps to manage staff performance legally and effectively, minimising your business risks in the process
  • what you need to know about dismissing employees.
