The Opportunity:
ACCO Brands Australia has a current career opportunity to join our Customer Care team as Customer Support in our East Tamaki, Auckland, Head Office location. You will be reporting into our Telephone Account & Customer Support Manager.
You will support the business in proactively supporting and facilitating the sales growth across ACCO’s customers through provision of primary customer contact and support to Account Managers (ACMs).
About You:
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Demonstrated proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships
- Computer literacy in Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
- Experience in SAP ERP systems.
- Able to demonstrate high level of decision-making skills
- Able to demonstrate self-management skills
- Excellent time management skills
- High level of communication and presentation skills
