This CSR role is a fixed-term contract for three months ending in March 2025, providing leave coverage, with the potential for extension.
The Role:
As a CSR, you will play a crucial role in achieving and exceeding sales targets while enhancing the reputation of our business. Reporting to our National Sales Manager, you will utilise your exceptional customer service ethics and passion for negotiation to prospect new clients, qualify leads, and convert them into loyal customers.
- Fixed term position for 3 months, immediate start, full time hours
- Location: East Tamaki
- Days: Monday to Friday

The Job:
- Enter customer orders in Sage, communicate with procurement and customers in a timely manner on order fulfilment
- Follow up on customer queries, complaints, requests and following through outstanding credits
- Prospect new clients and convert them into loyal customers through outbound calls.
- Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
- Negotiate and close sales, exceeding targets.
- Receive inbound customer calls; clear and action customer orders via voicemails, phone calls and email.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate CRM records
- Alerting customers about new offerings.
