Ecrotek NZ are a New Zealand owned Beekeeping Supplies Company committed to delivering a premium service to our clients by providing top quality customer service and premium products, both here in NZ and overseas with a focus on great team culture.

The key task in this role is allocating customer payments as quickly as possible to ensure our Dispatch Team can dispatch our customer orders.  You will be responsible for the daily incoming banking transactions for two branches and four bank accounts, weekly credit card and payment coding, full month end close, invoicing for one business unit, reconciling all Balance Sheet items and assisting the Team with ah hoc tasks.
What you need….

  • At least 5 years relevant accounting experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office products
  • A sound understanding of Accounting 
  • Good collaboration and communication with the wider team
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Conscientious about timeliness of assignments and quality of work product
  • Responsive team player with ability to quickly prioritise among numerous pressing tasks
