You need to have the following attributes:
- Be good with measurements
- - Be reliable
- - Able to work on your own and in a team environment
- - Keep to deadlines
- - Work overtime when needed
- - Be a fast learner
- - Can do attitude
- - Have a full drivers licence
- Own vehicle to get to and from work
- Being tall is a huge advantage
- Be ok with heights
- Good communication skills
The role is expected to be a mixture of installation, service repairs and at times helping in the factory. Full training will be provided however experience as a blind installer would be a huge advantage. Must be comfortable using power tools.
