We are now looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to join the company to lead our digital marketing , implementing digital strategies to drive consumers to our omni channel stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the organization’s goals.
  • Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing.
  • Creation and management of content for digital channels, including website, social media, and email communications.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and market trends; incorporate insights into campaign strategy.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics (KPIs, ROI) and recommend optimizations.
  • Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate innovations into strategy.

 About You:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing management (minimum 3-5 years preferred)
  • A thorough understanding of the retail industry
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with web analytics and digital advertising tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights.
  • Project management and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
