This role is designed to assist the warehouse and service manager in preparing equipment for dispatch, handling technical enquiries, and supporting our field technicians. This role offers excellent learning opportunities and the potential to grow within the department.

About You
You are reliable, computer-savvy with excellent knowledge of New Zealand.  You have customer service experience, excellent English skills and able to learn quickly.  A technical / mechanical, warehouse back-ground would be advantageous. 
With your attention to detail and ability to learn new things, you are eager to resolve customer queries.
