We are on the hunt for a Marketing and Communications whiz who can take direction from a variety of internal stakeholders. This will include refining and deploying content that aligns to our global brand, as well as delivering content tailored to specific market segments via website, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other marketing activities and events.  Your mission is to promote the brand, drive traffic to the website and key contacts and build customer connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Curate and coordinate marketing and communications content
  • Adapt RSM Group marketing campaigns to create maximum impact for the NZ market/audiences.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging. 
  • Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and report on key metrics to management.

Ideal qualifications and skillset:

  • Tertiary Qualification in Marketing and Communications
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in generalist marketing role
  • Experience within the professional services sector or B2B, corporate services, insurance, telecommunications or similar  
  • Experience using Adobe Creative 
  • Expertise on media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google AdWords. 
  • Strong organisation and time management skills working autonomy to achieve  
  • Excellent communication skills and possess strong attention to detail. You will need to be able to proactively upward manage stakeholders to extract the information you need.
