- Making outbound sales calls to customers and prospective customers promoting Karcher cleaning solutions.
- Research industries, markets, and businesses to identify sales opportunities.
- Confident using various tools to support the customer experience.
- Liaising with, and collaborating alongside, the B2B Sales team to qualify leads and identify supply opportunities.
- Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with select Kärcher Business customers, dealers and prospects.
- Following up on customer proposals, closing sales and escalating complex sales opportunities to the field sales team.

- Confident phone presence and active listening skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Customer Relationship Management).
- Ability to work with technical / product information.

- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
