Breakfast with Hon Michael Wood

We have partnered with the Manukau & Wiri Business Associations to bring you this breakfast and Q&A session with Hon Michael Wood.

There are plenty of big issues to be discussed, from the economy to severe weather events, the resilience of the transport network, to technological change and the challenges of attracting new people into the industry. And of course, it is also an election year.

Come along and hear Michael Wood discuss the challenges faced by our small and medium businesses including his role as the Minister for Auckland.

More about Michael Wood:

Michael is the MP for Mt Roskill. He is also the Minister of Immigration, Minister of Transport, Minister for Workplace Relations and Safety, Minister for Auckland, as well as the Associate Minister of Finance.

As MP for New Zealand’s most diverse electorate, Michael is closely connected to New Zealand’s vibrant and growing ethnic communities and is focused on ensuring that every person regardless of background has the ability to flourish and reach their fullest potential in our country. He also has a particular interest in Auckland’s urban development and is a keen supporter of more high-quality affordable housing, and rapid public transport in his electorate and across the city.
