The Role 

You will be ensuring our Customer Service standards are met across all services provided. We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic person to join our fun and hard-working customer services team.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with ordinary hours of 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and is based in East Tamaki.

Key responsibilities:
  • Accurate data entry
  • Processing customer orders and documentation

The Criteria

To be successful, you will be organised, self-confident, friendly, and driven to provide great Customer Service. You have accurate data entry skills and can prioritise when working within timelines.

Being a Customer Services role, you will be required to have a strong command of English both written and verbal. Previous experience in Warehouse & Logistics industry is not required but would be advantageous
