Customer Contact Consultant

Scholastic New Zealand, an iconic brand in children's publishing and education, are seeking enthusiastic Customer Contact Consultants to join our Customer Service team at East Tamaki.
In this role, you will be required to assist our large customer base with their orders and enquiries via telephone and email.
To be successful for this position you will need:
- Ideally you will have experience in working within a call centre environment with use of a telephone queuing system.
- You will have excellent communication skills both over the phone and via email, a desire to exceed customer expectations backed by strong administrative skills.
- Ability to multitask in working from multiple platforms at once.
- Experience in order processing will be an advantage.
- Willingness to be cross trained within the call centre.
