We are currently looking for a person to cover accounts payable and general administration to assist with the day to day running of the business. Your role would be varied covering reception, data entry, accounts payable, and general office duties. 

The ideal hours for this role are between 8am – 3pm four to five days per week depending on the workload. Currently around 21 hours per week.
 Key requirements for the role:

  • Proven general office administration experience
  • Previous accounts payable experience
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel
  • MYOB knowledge is an advantage
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Flexibility to assist across a range of tasks 
  • Personal accountability
